NEW AITP Refund Policy

All refunds will be issued via check within 30 days. Please email mikekuchenberg@jjplank.com for refund requests.   Refunds will only be issued if requested via email by the dates listed below.

Chapter Dinner Meetings

If the meeting is cancelled by NEW AITP, you will receive a full refund. Chapter Dinner Meeting topics and speakers are subject to change without notice. Refund schedule for Chapter Dinner Meeting cancellations is listed below:

• Prior to 7 Days before the meeting date: Full Refund less $10.00 processing charges.
• Between 7 and 3 days before the meeting date: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days prior to the meeting date: No refund.

 

Sherry Anklum Memorial Golf Outing

The golf outing will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. If the outing is cancelled by NEW AITP, you will receive a full refund. Refund schedule for golfer cancellations is listed below:

• Prior to 21 days before the outing: Full refund less $10.00 processing charges.
• Between 21 and 10 days before the outing: 50% refund.
• Less than 10 days before the outing: No refund.
